Okay, maybe Tuesday evening I can get some writing done

Alright, I found some words Sunday night. About 300 of them for a Check, Please! Secret Santa fic I'm meant to be writing. Thank goodness I planned it out before this Tumblr mess started.

Speaking of Tumblr mess, today I have...

• Registered an SPN Dystopia Bang Dreamwidth community.
• Created a back up Tumblr account and given it admin access to all the side blogs I run for fandom.
• Found out that my main Tumblr and allspnships' Tumblr had definitely been marked nsfw, as ads couldn't be enabled on them - thanks to Thayer for the heads up on checking for that.
• Manually gone through 23,000+ posts with the help of Xkit Mass Post Edtior to look for posts that might conflict with the new Tumblr guidelines and deleted them - on my main Tumblr.
• Refuted allspnships from the get go, because I'm pretty sure we don't have any damn nsfw image posts. This means I've told them to review the blog.
• After manually deleting not that many posts on my main Tumblr - gone through the request for a blog review on that one as well.
• Come here to moan about it.

You wouldn't think I used some flexi today to leave work early. Hell, I even spent part of my therapy session today talking to my therapist about this whole mess!

But today is a week until whatever the f**k Tumblr thinks its new BS really means. Meanwhile, Perfackles let me in on the fact that Facebook is going to censoring and getting rid of posts with sexual wording in them, which is just a greater sign of some serious purity madness happening in US owned websites at the moment.

Like sites are more worried about sexual content between consenting adults than people using their sites to promote far right ideologies.
