Rules:
1) You must give your legal name. All your information is private and confidential and will not sold or shared.
2) You must not commit forgery. You may not sign up people for them, or without their knowledge.
3) You must only sign if you would seriously attend a festival in the United States within reasonable amount of notice to prepare.
4) You must provide one working e-mail address per person.
These rules are so that they can figure where to have it, what size of Venue to have it in, and weather enough people will go to even have it.
