In an effort to create an entry (ANY entry) that won't completely be ignorable, I post the following conversation that just took place with my friend maocat:
maocat621: Hidey ho.
me: Hi. I'm trying to come up with something brilliant to say to LiveJournal, but I'm coming up with bupkis.
maocat621: Ooh. I didn't know you even USED lj anymore. I'd given up.
me: I was looking for baby news from
jaka_talbot and
ladypentacles, and realized that I hadn't posted since April last year. I suck.
maocat621: Yup.
Oh, sorry, was I not supposed to agree with that? :)
me: Um NO! ;)
maocat621: Heh. Sorry dude.
me: Eh. It's ok. I'll just post this.
maocat621: What, our conversation?
me: Yes. I am lazy.
See above.
maocat621: That you are. Or am I not supposed to agree with that, either?
me: Eh. Whatever works.
In other news, I'm moving with my Vampire (tm) friends to a swank townhouse Sept 1.
I just went to Iowa for my cousin's wedding and Minneapolis to see
davedujour and his lovely bride.
My choir just got asked to sing at the Democratic National Convention.
I've been teaching a class at Emporia State and all the students loved it. They even clapped.
My apartment is still a mess. But now I should also pack to move.
