(no subject)
Holy shit. Just one week of classes left and i'll be done with fall semester of my senior year. It feels as if i don't have much left to do, since i don't have any final exams. Of course, between now and December 13, I do have two original papers, the final drafts of two papers, my internship portfolio (with its own paper), and a presentation, but it just doesn't feel the same since this is the first (and assumedly only) time that i didn't have at least two traditional finals.
It feels like nothing, but i'm sure i'm going to get next to no sleep between now and when that last paper is handed in. Then two or so days at the Library of Congress reading Oveta Culp Hobby's papers, maybe finally going to the shops at Tyson's Corner for the fist time (despite the fact that i've been down here for 3.5 years, and had a car down here for more than 6 months), and getting home for winter break. I could stay here for longer since i'm in a house and not on campus, but i need a change of scenery. Plus, Mike is in New York, not here.
Ah, well. Back to reading articles for the literature review about the dynamics of online communities for my cultural anthropology class.
