This was *hilarious*. Have you already done 'A Knight's Tale'? Talk about anachronistic!

I would think that "A Knight's Tale" would fall into the same category as "Shakespeare in Love," i.e. the anachronisms are there deliberately, and they weren't even TRYING for anything like historical accuracy.

That's true. I really like Heath and Paul and even Shannon (?) and I *love* Rufus, but I couldn't stand that movie. That horrible music, those horrible gowns - ack!

I admit it, I could shut down and just enjoy that one because it wasn't TRYING to bill itself as historically accurate; so it falls into the same category as, say, Errol Flynn. It's when they try to claim they're "twu stories" (King Arthur, Elizabeth) that set me a-shriekin'.

We usually don't do parodies - making fun of a movie that already makes fun of itself seems a bit redundant. It's those movies that pretend to portray "true" history of any kind that we're going after ;)
