Allright, strange story from my roommate about her friend's friend. (Yes, I realize this is second hand. However, this is one of those things that's just so unusual it must be true. I just can't imagine anyone making it up.):
This girl was house-sitting for a couple who were off doing something and also happened to have a golden retriever. While they were away the dog died. Of natural causes. So the girl calls them up and informs them that their dog is dead. They were apperently aware that the dog was getting on, that this was a possibility, and they don't hold her responsible. The girl is okay with this but asks what she's supposed to do with the body. The couple tell her to take it to a morgue and that it'll be sorted out there. They hand up. At this point the girl realizes that this is going to be really tricky because she doens't have a car and has been using Public Transportation to get around. (Yes, I know) So she ends up putting the corpse in a large suitcase and...takes it on the bus. When she gets on, this guy offers to help her with the suitcase. He exclaimes about the weight and asks what's inside. She tells him its computer equipment. The guy gives her his seat and puts the suitcase on her lap. At the very next stop, the guy turns around, punches her in the stomach, and runs off with the suitcase.... I would have loved to see that guy's face when he opened the bag!
