I've started this community as a sort of multi-fandom history project. Every fandom I'm involved with has a couple of brilliant 'verses, especially ones with an historical bent, and I thought it would be nice to have a place dedicated to the detailed, intelligent, meticulous brand of fanfiction that is the historical AU.

I would have posted on the Who comms, but I figured Doctor Who is sort of exempt from historical AU since it's a show about actual time travel. I also would have posted to HP comms, but they kind of scare me.
As you may have noticed, these are mostly slahs comms, but don't feel like this is a slash only place, all kinds of fic from all kinds of fandoms are welcomed. Please, if you like the idea, spead the love to other fan communities.
