It's been a while since I last updated, so I decided it's time. Funny how I always update when I'm procrastinating! I'm going to start this post with some complaining, sorry!!! Ok, so I have about a week and a half before finals and everything are OVER! That's the good news, the bad news is I have TONS of homework still. Did any of you see my AIM away message last weekend? It listed everything I had to do before the end of the semester. In case you forgot what it said, I'm going to post it here too. If you don't want to read it and feel sorry for me, scroll down...It will get better I promise.
Science of Creation and Evolution: section 1 and 2 are done, now I have 3, 4, and 5. That's a couple pages each section. Then I have a paper due on top of that. And the final.
Biblical Languages: this is quickly becoming my hardest class. I loved the Greek, but Hebrew stinks! I knew it would be hard, but I didn't think impossible! I am starting to recognize some of the letters, but not many, and I still have a hard time translating. I have one paper (I am half way done with it), one quiz, one homework assignment (they take only 20 minutes to do) and then the final. It's not a lot of work, but the work is SO HARD!!!
Statistics: it's sad to say, but stats is my easiest class! That makes me sad, because even stats is a class that almost everyone tries to get out of. I have the homework (not too hard, 9 problems I think), three journal reviews, and the take home final.
Art: I HATE THIS CLASS! I thought this would be an easy A. Nope! I will probably get a C. I have 5 more homework assignments to turn in. They take 3-5 hours a piece to do, and he gave us four one week, and then another the week after! INSANE! That is WAY too much work for a freshman level class. Plus I have a paper due, and I have to get ready for his insanely hard final. Even with the 11 extra points he gives us, I get a C or B. The first exam, he actually had a question that every single person got wrong, and one question that only one person got correct. That's one of my biggest classes too. He's crazy.
Ok enough complaining. So, good things...I love my job! I work with the first and second graders, and they are so cute and so sweet! I love them! And I'm not with them long enough for them to drive me crazy. I love to see their eyes light up when they finally understand something that they've been having trouble with for so long. It's great! It's very rewarding, and it makes me feel like I'm doing something important. Plus, you know I love the hugs. Jason is almost done with school...yippy!!!! Huge yippy! He has 10 credits left. That means less stress, and more time to work and spend with me. You know I love that! It also means that in less than six months, WE CAN MOVE! I am so ready!
The best news of all is...CHRISTMAS IS COMING!!!!!! I LOVE Christmas! I have been listening to Christmas music since the beginning of November. I can't wait. My grandma is coming for Christmas, that's so exciting! I love when she is here! She's the best grandma in the world! And after Christmas? We're all going on a Cruise! How exciting!
Well, I guess that's everything. The problem with only posting a few times is that I have so much to say when I finally do post. Sorry guys! Maybe I'll start writing more often and make these posts shorter. Anyway, have a wonderful week. Good luck on finals for those of you who have them! I'll pray for you and you pray for me! Bye
