Her body would have the memories of wanting to travel still in a sense. At least I hope so. Perhaps she's taken up travelling on her own around Earth. There's still so many great things there for her to discover.

[falters a bit as he answers] ...She wanted to travel with me for ever. I think we both knew it would have to end eventually--just not so soon.
What matters is she's still alive. To me, the Donna I knew is dead. But her being here now as she was before...[trails off]
