-Witty journal entry goes here-

So I haven't heard back from Ulta or the salon but I have not given up hope. I may end up seeing if I can snag a job at a paint store mixing and selling paint as I am VERY familiar with it and do enjoy it. I can safely say that if my Dad were alive today he'd just shake his head and say the same thing he's said since I told him I loved working with paint "It was NEVER supposed to be passed down!" You see my dad worked for 2 paint company's making everything from commercial (Sherman Williams) and industrial (airline/car/military) paint to the colored inks (Sharpie Markers) and dyes (food) used in everyday items from the early to mid 80's until his passing in 2009. He hated it but did it because it was a job and it paid bills and because the friends he had in the lab were as crazy and weird as he was thus making it bearable. He never expected me to actually want to mix/sell paint and when I was made a sales person at Ace Hardware that's just what I did. I did it because it made me feel close to him and because I genuinely liked it. I joked once that I didn't bleed blood but R and RV colorant, he just shook his head.

Job worries aside today after Psy's session her and I went to the mall for a proper look around. It turns out we have a Lush (fresh/natural/handmade bath products), the only one in all of Indiana, in the Macy's. It's been a good 2 years since I went into a Lush and Psy had never been to one. As soon as we got to the escalators on the fist floor I could smell it. I turned into a bloodhound and lead the way by fallowing my nose to the sales area. I swear to Godwoon that I just slipped back into the familiar jargon and everything and kinda lost it. I walked away with a shower gel, bath bomb, body butter and a solid hand cream. After that we went to a shop called Glitter I think. It's kinda like a costume jewelry/hair accessory/crappy makeup explosion and everything is a $1 unless marked. Psy had been to one back in IL and had been talking about it and was shocked to find out it's a chain store. She got a few things and then we were off again. Wandered around Suncoast and then stopped in Build a Bear fallowed by a trip to Starbucks and a little cart that sold handmade items from Haiti. We also got 100% ceramic Flat irons (one each) that in one pass made my unruly wavy evil hair stick strait. I love it srsly. I also had Psy dye my hair and it turned out AMAZING. Check my FB to see pics

On the Kpop front I have had Infinite's Be Mine and Teen Top's Don't Spray Perfume stuck in my head for the past 2 days now. Srsly it's alternating between the two songs and I'm going nuts. Also when I checked twitter tonight I was treated to the fallowing pics from Kibum

I swear that kid is trying to make me think dirty and nasty things. I just.. GUH! So damn hot.
Psy and I will also be celebrating GD's birthday late with an apple pie.
