[Well it's been about four or five days since Draco's discovered that two of his least favorite people have arrived in Luceti. He's been laying low since then to sulk in private, but it's still a factor that bothers him. So today he's made his way out to the south lake after most people in the village have retired to their homes to throw a proper tantrum. After all, the new additions of these people mean that everything he's worked toward and everything that's happened are going to disappear and fall apart. At least that's what he thinks in his own little world.
He's completely unaware that somewhere along the way he's kicked open his journal and anyone who's listening can hear the typical explosions that have slowly become associated with Draco Malfoy and water splashing quite a bit. Since he honestly thinks he's alone, he's not bothering to hold back anything.]
