If I had a tumor, would it be noticeable? [Yes, that's his main concern. Not the fact he's billowing like a chimney or the man screaming in the background in the wall.]

Can you believe this rubbish? Coffee's going to give me a tumor, someone's going to be a dummy for me and I apparently should take up smoking. Which would you recommend?

Guy gave me a cigarette a few months ago. It wasn't entirely terrible, but nothing I honestly feel like taking up. You reckon your blood could actually heal a tumor?
