I've been called magic. It depends on one's temporospatial perspective.

What is it that has lead people to this conclusion that you are?

Mainly it's the time and space travel and the dimensionally transcendental nature of the box. However, neither qualify as magic under the Time Lords' definitions. Telepathy and time sensitivity do. And from your perspective I possess both precognition and retrocognition. It's the only kind of magic that hasn't been banished from our universe.

[Okay. Okay, suddenly Draco's lost because there's sudden talk about time and space and boxes and what?]

First of all, what's this box that you're referring to? And secondly how is it that magic has been banished?

It's my real casing. But as long as I'm in here, it isn't properly part of me.

The Time Lords set the parameters for our universe so that most of what they understood to be magic became physically impossible. For certain periods of time, anyway. It can't be explained from a linear perspective.

((ooc note: I think this is correct? I am still working my way through Classic Who and the magic discussion comes from the very last season, so :S.))

Are you trying to tell me you're a box? [This place keeps getting stranger and stranger, doesn't it?]

But you're not in your universe which means that it's a bit more possible in this place, correct?

[ooc: I have no idea so I ill take your word for it :D;]

[Never a dull day around here~] I only look like a police box on the outside. The proper term is TARDIS.

Of course it is. This isn't the first universe I've visited where magic was possible.

[There's. A really long pause. It has occurred to Draco that perhaps he's hallucinating.] And what does TARDIS stand for?

How much have you been able to accomplish here?

[Finally, someone asks.] Time And Relative Dimension In Space.

Obviously my ability to move throughout space and time in a non-linear fashion has been jammed or we wouldn't still be here. Otherwise I'm relatively intact for being in a flesh body.

[He's slowly putting pieces together here.] You're a time machine. Is that it?

So the Malnosso...are they the ones who forced you into a human body then, or was that your own choice when you came here?

Specifically the matrix of a time and space machine. We're all sentient. [Don't forget the space parts; that's very important! Otherwise she'd be stuck on Earth again and that would just be rubbish.]

Neither. And this would never be my choice. [It's kind of fun, but there's the whole issue of the vessel losing their soul and then dying on her an hour later.]

[written] this is an excellent choice and I wholeheartedly approve hisdarkmark August 10 2011, 17:03:00 UTC
So in theory that means not only traveling through time, but other universes as well. Who owns you? [It might sound offensive, but he's really just curious and assuming.]

Then what happened?

Are you so certain I don't own him? [...on soviet Gallifrey, TARDISes choose you!]

Another entity emptied a body and put me in here.

You're a box. How can you own him? And who is he anyway? [Careful, Draco. Offending a TARDIS is probably not a good idea.]

So you were forced. And there's nothing you can do about it.

Are you attempting to be offensive? I am a TARDIS, not a box.

[Normally, she doesn't mind, but normally it isn't used to belittle her.]

((ooc: would you mind filling out her permissions form? Depending on where this goes, she might do some poking. Possibly some ferret-incident-related poking.))

Well you actually look like a person, but now we're just arguing semantics I think. TARDIS, then. How can you as a TARDIS own him, whomever he is since you still haven't elaborated on that?

[Draco's kind of a dick, unfortunately. Better than he was, but he still has his moments.]

[[ooc: done! considering the fact that this is a written conversation he more than likely doesn't have his Occlumency up right now and so she's more than welcome to go ahead and poke around if she chooses <3]
