The adolescent stage didn't suit me for too long. There are far too many teenagers trapped in this bloody hellhole. Admittedly, most of them are fairly mature for your apparent age and are able to behave like emancipated adults, this is an accomplishment.

I suppose the City isn't so bad. I can still manage to purchase my favorite brand of cigars.

They do try to keep their vandalism to minimum, however. It seems bloody hopeful for a place that exists without laws.

More like- trying to find an actual adult to speak to is like wading through mud.

There are several of us. Don't despair so easily.

Duly noted. There are plenty adults amongst the youth. However the balance tips to the adolescents' favour.

No matter how they act- a nine year old is still nine, or a sixteen year old sixteen.

Relative. I have lived for over a decade with a centuries years old vampire who acts like he was fourteen sometimes.
