OOC Memory 004 -- All Senses (June 22 Event)

Jun 15, 2011 13:52

Pain flared across his shoulder and his white gloved hand rose to capture it between fingers even as his own blood seeped into the pristine white and stained. The air was rank with death and the scent of fresh rain from it's continued pour was merely an afterthought. A woman in red laid at his feet and he watched as the rain washed the blood away from the street. His own tail coat was set over her body as the boy with blue hair, his former master slipped it over her.

"Sebastian, what you are doing? Like I said before, take down Jack the Ripper! It's not over yet. Don't hesitate! Finish him!"

He was mildly stunned just for a moment at how willful the boy was to continue before his lips curved into a knit expression of a smile, "Yes, my lord." His body reacted, moving towards Juliet with every intention to kill him. But it wasn't Juliet. That mad faced and happily bloodstained reaper was Grell.

"I actually was going to let you go because I lost the moment. But since you two want to die so badly I'll send you all to heaven~!" The chainsaw roared above him as he ducked, intending to catch Grell unaware from above, but the reaper was fast and moved just in time, enough to allow Sebastian to backpedal towards a stack of crates. Kicking one just up onto his foot, he launched it towards him.

"Heaven? I have no affinity of that place," responded his own voice. It was enough of a distraction as the reaper slashed into the crate. Sebastian had leapt into the air and his foot touched down onto the reapers scythe near the tip. A bend of knee and his foot cracked out towards the reapers fast. Again, he was faster and the demon felt disappointed when he hadn't hit and moved away from him.

"You aimed for my face! You're not human!" the other whinned.

Of course he had. The demon would show no mercy towards an opponent, no matter who they were. "Yes, I am one hell of a butler." It was obviously something the red butler favored and thus the perfect place to attack.

"You really think you can win against a death god?"

"My master orders and wishes me to win, so I will win." It was the truth. No matter the order, he would win. No matter the cost, he would win. No matter the circumstances, he would complete his revenge. He knew what that death scythe could do if it hit him. One critcial blow could kill him if deep enough, but he was not afraid, "Currently, everything belongs to my master. My hair, my mind, my soul. If he wished that I live, then I will not die. If he wishes for my death, then I will disappear."

He had just enough time to react when the reaper rushed towards him and leapt into the air. The rush under his feet of the weapon gave him enough momentum to pitch forward, and he kicked down towards the reaper. But the other was already in the air and when his own feet landed, he shoved upwards and went after him.

"A demon and a Death God." He was talking again, that red headed reaper. "Demons are like the pests that suck out souls for the simple sake of devouring them. No matter how much love I pour into it, it's like the tragic love story of Romeo and Juliet~"

He shuddered visibly to the other and the demon just let the other rant on and on and kicked at him, never quite hitting. The battle reigned higher onto the rooftops. It was only the sensible questions he would answer.

"Just why are you 'Sebastian'?" he mocked, using the very name his master had given him in that tone.

"Ever since my master called me 'Sebastian'. Since that day I became 'Sebastian', I made a vow to the moon." His fingers curled to his chest as he waited for the right moment to strike. It was only right that he teased in that same tone. Sebastian was all that he was.

Grell had landed on the roof shortly after him, "What a dishonest man. You are a demon whose tainted gaze is devoid of love accompained by those shameless hands and lips with the ability to stain ones' soul." His impassive look was all he needed to confirm that. Sebastian cared not for his words even if they were the truth. "Nn, I'm getting goosebumps all over my body~ If I could have your child, I'd definitely give birth to it!"

Again, he shuddered. It wasn't even possible. It was enough that he stalled, his impassive gaze formed into disgust and his voiced layered with resentment, "Would you kindly stop? It's disgusting...."

"You're so cold. An unfeeling monarch. A beautiful fallen angel. A crow with goose feathers~! You're just like a wolf, my greedy little lamb, Sebastian!" There was a sense of being glad when Grell started attacking once more. He wanted it to stop, those words of revulsion. Avoiding the scythe cut as he pushed into the air after him he used his good arm to punch towards his face. His other arm still hung nearly useless at his side. He didn't need both. His one hand was enough to pivot away from slashes when needed. His foot raised and jammed against the base of the scythe, stopping Grell from further attacking. The teeth of the scythe stalled against the rooftop panes. Unfortunately that didn't stop the reaper from continuing.

"I wish that dawn would never come so we could continue to fight forever," the reaper spoke, his face closer than the demon wanted even as the demon loomed over him. "However, our story has to end now." He hadn't expected the blow to his forehead, now remembering why it had been so familiar before with Juliet. "Let us say farewell through this final passionate kiss! Be it that my words that I have said to you countless times over remain and end here tonight."

It hurt the way the weapon cut through his torso and while he felt his blood had escaped into the air, his memories poured from him. But he wouldn't give the reaper what he wanted. His life had belong to that boys. No, that wasn't right. His life was his own. Then why did he feel that way.

"This isn't dramatic at all?!"

His tongue and teeth bit back blood and he coughed through the feeling of it, "Because this is my life these past few years." This time he would use the distraction. He may have been critically cut but he wasn't finished. Behind the reaper in an instant, he smirked, "A pity. If you wish to view more you'll simply have to pay for it."

He attacked the face, knowing the reaper would put some distance between them and he watched the reaper pivot backwards, having barely avoided the hit. He sighed and coughed into the back of his hand. Fingers plucked the edge of his tail coats, "Oh my. My clothes are torn and tattered. I thought I could somehow repair this with a tuck to the sleeve, but it seems impossible now."

"Are your wounds not as severe? While I do think you should be worrying more about your condition, I do like a man who favors his appearance," he heard the reaper speak, already ready to strike once more.

Long fingers plucked the buttons loose and with a move only efficent of an elegant butler, he removed it and held it to the side, body curved just so at ready, "I didn't want to use this method but I fear I have no choice in the matter."

"You're ready to fight me seriously, Sebastian? Then let us end it with this next blow!" Grell stepped forward and rushed at him and when he leapt, so did the butler. "May we part in this world and meet in the next."

The moon was full and hung in the sky. The air smelled of blood, of death, and the rain had been an afterthought as the black butler and the red butler leapt at each other with ending blows.
