Yeah I'm assuming something got fucked up, because I have no idea what they're talking about. XD Like, whether the Princess of Twilight wtfever is Asuna, or--?

Yeah it's her, from what I could glean from my first reading. PART OF THE PROBLEM is that Japanese has this way of trailing off in the middle of a sentence so that the full context of what's being said is IMPLIED and not actually STATED--so when Nagi yells about the Twilight Princess and then we see a shot of Asuna we're supposed to go "o that's who he means." Obviously, this makes Japanese REALLY ANNOYING TO TRANSLATE SOMETIMES and is why I both don't trust and sympathize with a lot of scanlators and yeah. Most annoying language to translate ever. :|

I'm also going to try to hack out a better romanization of her name--like, I mean, not saying the one they have is "wrong," it just looks silly >D MAYBE I CAN MAKE IT SEEM SLIGHTLY LESS SO (doubtful)
