I wanna cry after watching this movie. I'm so surprised that HK
made a movie like this, they seem so ... well, I don't know not all
that open over the issue of homosexuality so I'm very very
surprised. I really liked the movie, it was really sad. I felt a
bit bad for Daniel Wu's character, Sam, he had such a big guilt complex
going on. His Cantonese was kinda accented throughout most of the
movie and not too fluid, but I still like him; his Cantonese has
improved quite a bit since 1998 so I wasn't quite used to hearing his
rigid way of speaking ^^; I liked Stephen Fung enough, he really
did look like a pretty prostitute as Jet. I like Shu Qi 'cause
she's pretty, but I don't know how much importance she really was to
the movie, she was just kinda there, which is kinda sad 'cause she's a
pretty good actress. Jason Tsang's character, Ching, made me feel
bad for him too T.T; he prostitutes himself to make money for Sam, who
gives it to K.S. - played by Terence Yin (Wan Chi-Wai). Terence Yin
always makes me think of him as a suave seme, or villain. His
smile is so ... sinister -.-; Here's a link to the movie:
Bishounen no Koi It's pretty sad, what I would imagine from a typical HK movie. I liked it. Here's where you can buy the movie:
HKFlix - well, one of the places, I'm sure YesAsia may have it or something. Anywayz...
Cleaning out my room -.-; not fun. We just cleaned out the
bookshelf in the bonus room and a corner -.-; I have my entire
room to pack and clean tomorrow... oh fun. I went to go see
Fruitcake's parents today 'cause I was in the neighborhood while I
drove my brother to his friend's house. Cleaning is so much
easier with him away. We have so much junk, I really have no idea
how we're going to get everything thrown away =.=; It's going to
be a challenge. *sighs & sneezes* So much dust.
You never really know how much junk you have until you throw everything
onto the floor to clean and only have like a cm walkspace left
-.-; Anywayz, better go take a shower and go to bed. I've
cleaned so much already.
