Hana Yori Dango vs Meteor Garden
Comparing manga to Meteor Garden, I like the flexibility of skipping things when I reading. The mother is portrayed very well from the manga to the Taiwanese drama, but actually hearing her speak in the drama can be extremely annoying. It makes me think to myself... if my mother was like that, I'd wish to be shot. Oh god, the episodes can be so long. I should go to bed, but I'm addicted to my screen right now 'cause it's wonderful practice for my Chinese. Anyway, the mom can be horrifically funny (abusive to my senses so), but her character is so irritating for me at times. I really wanna strangle her. Maybe it's just 'cause it's 2 in the morning and I'm grumpy from sleep debt. *sighs* I really should sleep.
