Decisions... About My Computer

Buying a new desktop sounds absolutely divine, but I love my current computer too -.-; I'm thinking of buying another 512mb ram for my desktop and replace the old 256 in there so then I can upgrade it to 1gb and then I thought... hey the 1gb one is only $20-30 more than the 512 one, but then... I wonder if my computer can stand that much memory -,-; Super speedy little thing. I was looking at the desktops from Gateway -- which is actually not a bad company like a lot of people say it is, it's considerably cheaper than Dell computers and it hasn't done anything terrible to me yet -- and I really wanted to get this nice compy, but I just bought this laptop like 6 months ago, I don't wanna really spend another $900 on another computer when I have a desktop already. So... I've decided at the moment that I need... an external hard drive so I can move ALL of my files on the desktop on to that thingy. After that, I want to basically erase everything off and start over on that thingy. I need a wireless card for my desktop too. I just saw this Linksys one that can go up to 108mbps and I was like .... O_O!!!!!! Except it's expensive and that just bites -.-; The external hard drive that I really want is basically around $270 including shipping & handling -.- which bites, but you know... my glasses cost around that much so why not, it's 300gb. 300gb is nice ^^. Anyhow...

I need too many things and I am not exactly wealthy -.-; I need to go to the bank really badly though -.-; My account's depleting like nutz -.-;
