Dear Black Friday Customers who walked out of the store in disgust and frustration,

What exactly did you expect?

Did you assume you could breeze into the store and get your Christmas shopping done in a few minutes and waltz out again? I would think the three thousand people queued up around the store might have been a hint that this was going to take a while.

You had to enter our store fully aware of what a madhouse it would be in the hours right after opening. So why are you so surprised by the crowds and the lines? Were you not expecting huge lines on Black Friday, the biggest single shopping day of the year? Isn't that like assuming there won't be a lot of drinking on Saint Patrick's Day?

So, you found nothing worth buying and probably didn't have any plan to do so from the beginning. Which begs the question of why you bothered coming out in first place.
