... I'm feeling much more myself. Just being able to eat without having to choke down glass in the process is a relief.
Since I'm still infectious, I missed the ORAC meeting today. Which kind of sucked with it being out at a bookstore for a change. I'm hoping my new work schedule will be giving me Sundays free, which will make it easier to stay out on Saturdays for meetings. Even if it means having to go straight from work to the meeting, I want to get back to more meetings this year.
I'm in the process of finishing up my re-watch of Stargate SG-1, I just started season 10, and probably will watch a couple discs tonight and tomorrow out of boredom. I also located a couple episodes of the old BBC series
The Tripods it's more of a kids series, but still more interesting than a lot of the crap American TV pushes for kids. Pretty good visual effects.
Interesting bit of news:
David Tennant and Catherine Tate are doing Shakespeare's Much Ado about Nothing on stage this May. With the pair playing the leads Benedict and Beatrix. Seeing how well his Hamlet production went over, hopefully this will get a televised version shortly. I'm wondering how else they have lined up for the cast, since it's much more an ensemble piece going from character to character.
