This place has some issue with its balance on perceiving reality. People hallucinate and get sick here at random and in some places these effects as well as others have been discussed. I've also heard of a few other things, such as food being replenished on shelves and I'm sure there were more incidents that I wasn't around for. My Lieutenant informed me of some sort of ..."demon cat" issue, even
