General stuff

Transform devices retain your superstats, so unless you're STR/CON or CON/END, your stats probably suck

Cooldowns on device powers DO NOT persist between transformations

Fatal Allure: still works

Electrical Storm: damage pretty high, causes more with arcing. Pulsing knockdown advantage grants kb resistance normally; kind of annoying but not really OP

Pillar of Poz: Click get KB is ok, damage pretty good, can't be used while held. Limited use outside of pve
