Okay, I had lost this comment so I apologize that it's taken so long to look at the pictures. For your header, do you want it 450 pixels across or 450 pixels high? Because I don't think I can make a header from that picture that's 800px across since it isn't that wide to start with. I can try but I can't guarantee the result. I did get your FO banner done, though:

the header i don't have to have it anymore, cuz i changed my lj layout which is banner free.
