So uhhh
Just thought I'd mention that we sued Susan yesterday and won back our security deposit plus an extra month's worth of rent because she failed to tell us the building was in the REAP program when we signed the lease. Unfortunately he let her take $200 out of it for "cleaning costs", but all in good form because he just wanted her to shut the fuck up.
Oh and as he dismissed the case Susan ran back up saying "OH I HAVE RIGHT TO APPEAL YEAH? RIGHT TO APPEAL?!?!"
cute.
So we win and it means a little more than the money because for the first time someone official was able to justify my emotional breakdowns and explosions for the hellish 5 months we lived there.
You kinda rock my socks off, universe.
