The CARDIS may or may not be totalled. The way I heard it at first, the undercarriage was so very fucked that there was no way for it to work and that it was, in any case, an accident waiting to happen. Now it may be okay... well, not okay, but reasonably fixable. It's all on hold until at least Thursday when I can talk to the guy. There is no real upside to this whole fiasco, because it either ends with me driving a marginal vehicle or without a car nor the money to acquire a new one.
I'm going to veg out, eat some, play some CoH (Global Chat at BMGang) and watch Tin Man before setting it up to tape tonight's episode while I catch up on Chuck and Heroes. Then tomorrow is the day from hell. Wish me luck.
