I just finished watching Neo Angelique ~Abyss~ 1st season just now. overall the story is shoujo-anime typical and so heroine-centric (this is what I hate when otome games are adapted into anime) but as usuall, full of bishounen LOL. anyway, here are the boys I like in order

I really don't think we're going to get a proper series though. There should have been a series for HaruToki 3, given the popularity - all there is is Kurenai no Tsuki and that skims over the characters quite a lot. (Thank God for the live event version, which fills in a lot of the blanks!)
as for NeoAnge...I often think that Ange misses the obvious.
She's hanging out with guys she knows very little about.
At the risk of spewing spoilers, one likes ripping his shirt off at every opportunity, one experimented on himself with purification technology, one has an evil demon monster living inside of him and the last definitely has a bug in his CPU, because he's obsessed with sweets and smiles.
But Ange's stupidity was really summed up for me when she walked out into the garden, saw Nyx planting stuff and said..."Nyx-san, what are you doing?"
(I'm taking a bus to Jamaica - what does it LOOK like you stupid girl?)
...I don't really hate Ange. :P But it/she/the series makes me laugh a lot.
Jet and Mathias are both cool characters IMO. And Rayne. I love Rayne. I didn't...Erenfried...when he started developing a backbone, then I started liking him XD. You're right, it's a lot down to the way he's voiced, isn't it? I did want to shake him and lock him in a cell for most of the first series, then Mathias did it for me, and all was well...
Regarding Rene - I don't mind Yamaguchi Kappei voicing him, and his song on the My First Lady CD (name eludes me) is totally heart touching and beautiful. But I do wonder whether his character would be quite so poignant without Mathias, which makes me also wonder what kind of role he really plays in the original game...

ah yeah too bad haruka 3 only get OVAs. live event version? you mean the onsen chibi special or what?
yeah that's so typical of the heroine (stupid -_-" and slow when it comes to love) that's why I usually hate the heroine for most of the KOEI series. as far as I watched haruka, corda and neo angelique, to me the heroine I hate the most is Ange -___-" I don't know why but she looks too weak to me.
I love Jet! but I don't really like Mathias & Rene, but let's see after I watch the 2nd season. I still mind Kappei-san voicing for Rene -_-" why didn't they switch for Miyu Irino to voice for Rene and Kappei-san for Erenfried instead? o__O
I like cute & cheerful boy (but I don't know whether Rene is cheerful) with cute voice, and Kappei-san couldn't make such voice T___T

The second season is more serious, I think, in a lot of ways. Jet is very cool. Mathias gets really horribly managed, but I still formed an attachment to him :)
I agree on the heroines. Nozomi from HaruToki3 even sword fights - though so does NeoAnge ange...er...badly :P
I meant the Haruka Matsuri 08 where they did a live reading of Kurenai no Tsuki with a whole bunch of monologues and added scenes and so on :) I much prefer it to the animated version because it gives more character depth (especially to Atsumori who I love...)

yeah I love watching Nozomi fight with swords. I think she's the coolest heroine 'cause I hate weak heroine -___-" like Ange
Haruka Matsuri 08? is it the same with Neoromance Festa 8? 'cause I downloaded it once (at that time I haven't been a fan of haruka yet) and wathed it.. "what is it? unknown people dubbing unknown anime" I thought -_-" so I deleted the file later.

Nozomi is very cool. I like Akane and Kaho too...Karin I'm not sure about and Chihiro I don't know at all to judge, yet.
Saku is quite cool as well. She puts Kagetoki nicely in place ;)
No, Haruka Matsuri 08 is a specific festa for Harukanaru Toki no Naka De. The Neoroma thing is a big cash cow, so it began with Angelique only events, then Neoromance Festas which included Ange and HaruToki after HaruToki kicked off. These had long mixed series dramas, a few short versions of songs and talk sessions.
Then Neoromance Lives began, which featured more songs and shorter dramas. More recently, the lives have no dramas, just talk sessions between the songs. (I kind of miss the dramas).
HaruToki had its first specific show in 2005, which was a Live. It was followed by a Festa in 2006 and another in 2008. The 2006 one had dramas for Maihitoyo, HaruToki2 and HaruToki 3. The 2008 one was entirely HaruToki3 centric except for an intro to the 4 characters, and was basically an extended stage version of Kurenai no Tsuki with songs and scenes interspersed with monologues and so on.
Koruda and NeoAnge joined the Festas and Lives when they began - I think Koruda from Festa 6 and NeoAnge...maybe...Live 2007?
Both have since had at least one event of their own, with Koruda having had one which happened recently (and which will be on DVD no doubt around July/August...yayXD)
I have no idea if there will be a HaruMatsuri 09 - I suspect unless there's an animated thrust for 4, possibly not...though there's bound to be a live and a festa at some point this year.
Original Ange is sort of dying out of these events though now - since NeoAnge has more or less taken over its ground now.
