Title: Kisu Kisushite
Author: hiro_chan
Fandom : ARASHI
Pairing: Matsumoto Jun / Sakurai Sho
Rating: PG
Warning: Possible OOCness (hopefully not too much though...)
Disclaimer: Right, let's be realistic now...

Notes: It frustrates me that my writing skill seems to desert me XB. I have some other ARASHI fic ideas but always stucked halfway. So here's an attempt to get the muse working again - nothing fancy, just a short, somewhat fluffy Sakumoto piece because there needs to be mooore of that, seriously.

Hoping this is enjoyable for you - any comments and feedbacks are always adored.

“Can I kiss you?”

The question was softly spoken, but still it was loud in the empty room. Sho's hand paused, hovering mid-air above his bag. He could hear Jun's breathing, could hear the quietness of the room around them, could feel his skin getting warm and his heartbeat slowly picking up pace.

When he turned around, Jun was much closer that Sho thought he would be, just a little bit over an arm-length away. Jun's bangs were damp with sweat (the dance routines that they were practising was nothing short of gruelling and the coach was a monster) and the wifebeater that were plastered on his torso nicely showed his toned shoulders and arms.

A part of Sho's brain that wasn't busy staring at Jun was busy trying not to hyperventilate at Jun's earlier questions. He had been half-expecting that question for the better part of the year now, eversince they started playfully flirting with each other. Sho didn't take it seriously before - he wasn't interested in guys and the game was fun to pass the time. It was easy with Jun, who liked to flirt and flirted harmlessly, and eventhough sometimes Jun took things a bit personally when Sho playfully shot down his advances (because Jun was such a princess like that), most of the time they laughed together at Sho's awful pick-up lines and Jun's overwhelmingly sappy lines. It was fun, especially when it drove Nino mad.

Sho wasn't blind though, and even if some people doubted his ability to properly and quickly get what was happening around him, he wasn't completely insensitive. He felt the lingering stares, saw the little smiles, and he supposed it was around that time that he started to feel too, when he started to be a little bit curious, and wondered, what would happened if... But he never acted on that, because he was never sure, because this was somewhat new, because if he did meet Jun half way, it would no longer be just a camaderie hugs and little peck on the cheeks or hand holding. It would become real.

Sho felt like a teenager again - worse, he felt like a schoolgirl about to be asked for a date by her biggest crush. This wasn't supposed to be this way - Sho was not supposed to play the role of the simpering female. He was supposed to be the charmer, not the one who was to be knocked off his feet like this.

But before his brain formulated what his answer would be, Jun stepped closer, and his hand reached up to Sho's hair, caressing and tucking a stray strand behind his ear. Jun was gorgeous like this, Sho thought, half entranced by the sudden close proximity. The curves of his lips, the lines of his jaw, and the way his dark, dark eyes looked at him now...

“Can I, Sho?” Jun asked again, his voice low and making Sho's skin tingle curiously. “Kiss you?”

Could anyone say no to him? Sho wondered. Jun's breath was warm on his cheek and Sho thought the loud sound of his own heart beating in his ears would eventually made him deaf. But he thought what the hell. He was tired of stepping away whenever Jun got too close, tired of playing and of spending the nights wondering of what could be. If Jun wanted him, still wanted him even after all the years, from their junior days and until now - if Jun wanted him then wasn't that good enough? It didn't matter that Sho had never been with a guy before - had never even kissed one. It was never too late to try and Jun was kind and considerate and really, Sho couldn't think of a better partner to start this with.

He tilted his face upwards, and it was invitation enough for Jun. Jun's hand moved to craddle Sho's face in a strong hold, keeping it there and he bowed his head down, and their lips met in a kiss. It was a simple enough gesture at first, just lips touching lips, small, light contact as they breathed against each other. And then Jun shifted, pressing harder, and then there was his tongue. He traced the curves of Sho's lips with the tip of his tongue leisurely, not rushing to press in. He rubbed his thumb against Sho's jaw, and in the end, it was Sho who moaned quietly first, allowing Jun access into his mouth.

And when the younger man tilted Sho's head further back, using his greater height to immobilise him and wield his dominance over him, Sho realised that it wasn't just the kiss that made his stomach flutter and his heart swell. It wasn't just the way Jun nibbled on his bottom lip or swiped his tongue in his mouth.

No, what got him was how novel this kiss, simple as it was in concept and practice, felt to him. How new this feeling was, how taken he was by what was happening to him. Like how Jun's lips, hard and slightly chapped against his, felt so different with the soft, womanly lips that he had kissed before. Like how Jun's hand felt so large against his jaw, how hard Jun's body felt under his fingertips, how Jun's height took away the dominance that Sho usually had. How Jun's low, gentle moans and the musky smell of Jun's body made him realised, acutely, how masculine the whole thing was and that he was, indeed, kissing another man.

The kiss wasn't meant to arouse but Sho couldn't contain the small sounds he made at the newness of it all, feeling a bit lightheaded and that his knees about to give away if not for Jun's arm that was around his waist, keeping them close together. Jun mustn't be new to this, Sho concluded. He must had had male lovers before, because he was just too good at this. He shut out a small part of his brain that argued that kissing a man or a woman was the same thing using the same technique, adamantly thinking that it must be different because else, he wouldn't be this overwhelmed by Jun's kiss.

They parted eventually, and Sho felt his world tilted somewhat, because things just felt so different, so new. He blinked up at Jun who rested his forehead against his, feeling Jun's hot breath against his lips, seeing Jun's cheeks turn into a lovely shade of pink. As he tried to catch his breath, Sho thought that his own face must be an unattractive red shade like lobster now.

“I like it,” Sho said, voicing his thought out loud. “The kiss, I mean.”

Jun chuckled breathlessly as he pulled away slightly. “I more than like it.”

Sho stared at Jun, worrying his lower lip between his teeth. He couldn't take his eyes off Jun's plump lower lip, still feeling the urge to suck and nibble on it. So he thought, what the hell, and pulled Jun down to him again, their nose touching, and he said, licking his lips, “again, please?”

And then Jun's lips were on his again, his hand on Sho's nape and Sho held on to Jun's bare arm tightly for leverage. He didn't hesitate to open his mouth now, didn't hesitate to meet Jun's tongue halfway, his curiousity and new found boldness urging him on.

And this - this felt good. Too good, in fact. He felt like stepping into new territory that he never dared venturing before, his senses alert and picking up the new sounds and sensations, and he felt like he didn't have enough, would never have enough.

He blinked when the kiss abruptly stopped, and when his vision refocused, he saw Jun biting his lip in indecision. “I think,” Jun said between the breath that he was trying to catch. “I think we should stop for now.”

A stone felt like it fell and weighed on Sho's belly, and he couldn't hide the worry that crept up onto his expression. “Why?” he asked nervously. “Was I - I mean did I --”

Jun shook his head quickly. “The kiss was awesome, Sho-chan. Too awesome, in fact, that I worried that we - that I won't be able to stop just with kisses.”

Sho frowned, but a moment later he understood. His cheeks felt really warm now.

“I like you, Sho. Want you, so bad you can't imagine, really. I just don't want things to get too fast. Just - just want to enjoy every moment before we eventually get to -that-.”

It made sense, and Sho kind of resent how gentlemanly Jun was behaving. The younger man was always so thoughtful, so considerate, that it made Sho melt, just a bit. He was really turning into a fangirl.

“Is that okay, Sho?” Jun asked, touching his hand lightly.

Sho smiled, giving the younger man a quick peck on the corner of his lips. “Damn, Matsumoto. Keep this up and you're going to make a girl out of me.”

Jun laughed at that, a pleasant sound in Sho's ears that made him somewhat fuzzy inside. Jun's stare lingered at him from a few moments, before he picked up his duffel bag and announced that he'd go home now.

Sho raised his eyebrows, knowing that Jun always, always took a shower after practice before going home because he couldn't stand feeling sticky with sweat, and he asked him so. When Jun stalled and blushed, stammering that after what happened he didn't trust himself showering together in communal bathroom, Sho could feel his whole face heating up too.

He called out the younger man's name when Jun was at the door. “Thank you for asking me,” Sho said as Jun stared at him questioningly. “I would never have the guts to kiss you otherwise.”

Jun's beaming face was such that reminds Sho of the junior days, when Jun image hadn't change into the cool persona like now, when his grin was so full of boyish happiness that it was infectious, and Sho almost couldn't resist to urge to run after him and pulled him into a tight hug.

When the door closed behind Jun, Sho fell onto the sofa, smiling like an idiot and blushing at the memory of their kiss. He licked his lips and could still feel the telltale sensation of Jun's lips on it.

He sighed. Jun indeed had turned him into a big girl.
