I am happy that roger wins, but, dare I say it, i'm not ecstatic. I am so, so, so gutted and heartbroken for Andy I can't even put it in words - in the final set tiebreak I was really really rooting for him, to the point that, for once... I really didn't want roger to win. IDEK, okay??? I just... did.
I'm sorry, Andy, for ever doubting you by saying i'd prefer muzza in the final. my god, who would've expected this kind of match today??? certainly not me. I thought it would be a routine roger victory, and while it is still a roger victory, it certainly is anything but routine.
Amazing match, very tense, very tight and competitive, very worthy of the special occasion and wow, I just realised how tired i am after watching that.
