good god, how close was he to losing???
very relieved he is through.
if i may be a bit too critical/annoying... that was unimpressive from roger. the first three sets, he couldn't look more uninterested even if he try. good thing he woke up right on time - a bit later and tommy might have won it already.
after that, well, imho it's more the case of tommy losing it than roger winning it. like the commentator of my broadcast said, roger didn't even have to try, just get the ball over the net and tommy will do the work for him. good job in the fifth though, many pretty winners there to kill off tommy's hope.
kind of feel bad for tommy, couldn't believe how quickly he crumbled after missing that 3rd set narrowly, but mostly...
