Gratuitous hiphop spoddery

All you proper DJs can point and laugh at the dimlo - The Incredible Bongo Band are rather good, aren't they?

It's vaguely like having a Stallman moment and realising that you've found the source code for a lot (an awful lot) of old-skool hiphop and electro records.

You may picture the JHR listening to that break over and over while grinning like a fool.

Edit: Of course, now I think about it great wedges are to be found on The Dirtchamber Sessions. A CD that I played to death at the time. Ho hum.

It all started with a conversation with hamsterhotep, which is entirely satisfactory. Oh, yes: http://krispenhartung.blogspot.com/2005/12/project-mri.html Which points to samples of a MRI scanner at work. A sack of superconducting hammers, if you will.

b-boys, malarkey
