I was really liking the iPhone, even despite the $600 price, until I read this. Yeah, I'm definitely going to pay $600 for a smartphone I can't put applications on. What are they thinking? -

The words 'microsoft outlook' and 'perforce' are burned into the top left corner of my LCD at work, right where the start bar is.
I think it's sort of interesting that they're open so often that their names managed to get burned into the display, even though I turn it off all the time.

Acer sucks
So, my laptop's hard disk spontaneously stopped working, while the machine was on. No warning, no bad sectors, no noises. It just stopped working. Oh well, not like I needed my data anyway ( Read more... )
