Where do I start.

Sent in new claim. Last Monday....10th of November. They say they haven't got it yet. Have spoken to a variety of people. One woman just spoke to nearly gave me a heart-attack - not a joke. Heart rate went up and up and I couldn't breathe...she wouldn't let me talk. Very rude. Bitch. Didn't want to know my situation. Will be phoning at end of week...will no doubt have to go through all that mess again. Don't know when all is going to be sent on to new office. Last straw. Want to carve their faces up...again, not a joke.

Took 20 mins to get heart rate down. I feel shit. And now I have to do the washing up. Fuck the system. Why can't I just be listened to?
