I should be sleeeppingggggg
But i cant because my sleep cycle is still so screwed up :( i got up at 130pm today but then i took a 2 hour nap at 430pm before meeting D for dessert. i couldve got it back on track yesterday when i was feeling sleepy at 1030, but then i decided to go for a run and that kept me wide awake until 4am. sigh. the dilemmas of living healthy.
Anyway, heres my update for my 21 day challenge. i successfully finished it! :):) the challenge actually works, since its been over ive still been keeping up with it :) it was quite fun too, you should all try :)
Its 330 now but i havent exercised today yet. dont know if i should because if i do id probably be up til 6.
I sound like such a jock. let me go pump some iron with my free hand as i type. just kidding.

P.s: I know its strange that i have 2 big posters of my sister looming in the background but we had no where else to put it.
edit/ I did my cardio workout and now its 6am.
edit 2/ omg i should really not exercise at night it is 7am now
