I made some delicious homemade mashed potatoes with garlic, cheese, and corn margarine (Koreans <3 the corn). The only thing that would have made it even better would have been salt, pepper, and real cheese. This faux cheese melted strangely at first and it looked as if I was mixing spider webbing into the potatoes. Now to enjoy the comforts of being full.
