I need some info from any of you who know anything about Kindles.
I just bought a big ol' stack of books for school and they are like 1000 pages each, no exaggerating.
I CANNOT lug all of these around all the damn time, they weigh more than I do. So, maybe I thought I'd DL the iPhone Kindle app and be able to carry them around with me to places where I can't exactly bring a suitcase full of books.
So, what I'm wondering is: if there is a Kindle version of a paper book that I purchased, would I have to pay for it, too (again)? I mean, I BOUGHT the paper book, the data has already been paid for.
When I buy vinyl LPS (and hell, even some dvds), there's always a link inside where you can download a digital version of the record/movie that you just purchased. Are books the same way? If not, they fucking should be.
It only makes sense.
Anyone know?
Thanks in advance.
