Can you marry a weekend?

Oct 14, 2007 20:21

This weekend has been, well, worth remembering for a good long while.
Friday night, as soon as I got back to Racine, I rushed out the door to make way to Benihana's with Yahyaa, Becky and Lou. Who would have ever thought that I could possibly be the only person in a group who didn't have to raise their voice?

I think the Mexican chef with a farcical Japanese accent was adorable. Especially when he made that heart out of rice.

On the way back, we learned that Lou has sex with salt shakers.

I can not shop for women's clothing on my own. I need a buddy to hold my hand, and make me feel like less of a creep.
I want to go back to that Borzinskys or whatever it was. It was so quaint. And pomegranate is delicious.

Cooking with Yahyaa is pretty much the best thing ever.
He made incredible food (and I helped a little).
Then we played Mario Kart and Goldeneye. Yes, we got out the Nintendo 64.

Sunday plans died due to fatigue, and Yahyaa making a door or something.
I just don't have enough charisma to hold the group together, alas.

I am really looking forward to Halloween weekend.
-Becky's party (I should go tell Stephanie Boman what's up with that, huh?)
-Finally getting my hair changed.
-Trick-or-Treating

Just for fun:
