i'm reading this book, Link. not reason to go anymore into it then needed, it's not really a good book. baically i'm at a part where two scientist are talking about Darwinisum vs. Creationisum... whatever.
i don't really care either way. i like the thoughts behind Darwinisum but if we were created to serve some higher purpose, fine.
basically my thoughts are these (i don't think i ever heard this anyways so i'm hoping i myself am deep enough for this to be a personal thought, even if someone has preposed it, i'm unaware)
Creationist believe we HAD to be created because, how else would the Earth end up exactly the right distances from the sun to sustain life. okay, that's a fine thought, but look beyound that. if we did evolve, wouldn't we evolve to live and survive no matter where we ended up? Yes, we couldn't survive too much closer or further away then we are now. but who says we would have evolved the same if we to adapt to some other world? Logicly we would have evolved ways and means to survive where we lived.
anyways, i'm sure this makes no sense to anyone else but it is 3 in the morning so give me a break. and maybe i'll rethink/rewrite this entry later, i just wanted to put it out while i was thinking about it.
book: Linkby Wa;t Becker
again, not wonderfully writen or interesting but a good idea. borrowed from Justin with intent on returning.
peace and PLUR yo's
i'm also excited for our move on Friday. me and my friend Tim, in a three bed room apartment. just the two of us. storage space and one less person to deal with. least for awhile. i was looking forward to a new person but i think i'll live without one for now. i'm sure the apartments around us are filled with lovely people.
