I just thought that I would give a nice re-cap of my life as of now...just incase any of you hardcore livejournal freaks care to know what i've been up to!
WELL................................
-I've been applying for jobs in the British Columbia/Alberta region for a while now..and i have been getting quite a few responses, and a few job offers. The job i'm really hoping to get is the one at Banff Springs Hotel...it pays like 14$ an hour...and staff accom is cheap..and plus it's always been my dream to live there..since I was like 6 and I saw elk walking down the street..i knew it was meant to be.SOO if i get the job there I will be leaving right after exams and now comming back to smogville untill January...just in time for my 19th BIRTHDAY! WOO WOO
-I have a new job at Western hospital..where i get payed 11$ an hour to carry food trays to patients...it's super easy, but the big down side of the whole thing is seeing sooo many sick people. snif snif.
-I started to volunteer at...wait for it........... A CHURCH! *gasp* ..yes i know, it's kind of out of the ordinary for me to volunteer at a church considering my lack of catholisism...BUT.. i get to work with children so i think it will be good practice if i ever want to be a kindegarden teacher in the future.
-school= the most pointless waste of time right now. i swear we do nothing remotely interesting in most of my classes...the only class i even semi enjoy is my individuals and families in society class. don't even get me started on english SJKDFNSDxBNFWSDNG
-SOOO i have been meeting a lot of really cool new people lately...and my group of friends is growing at a nice steady pace. I also met a nice boy...he seems very hippy-ish...he has the whole long hair "i'm a musician" thing going on...which i am a huge sucker for..this is his website..check out his music yo! www.johnnywest.com
-I am starting to hardcore bead again because I have to get ready for the Art in the park show which is approaching pretty quickly! (JUne 2nd I believe )EEEEP!..p.s..art= DEATH...i have like 23847 paintings to do and ZERO time to do them..i am really screwed..anyone want to paint some pictures for me, and let me put my name at the bottom? huh? :) haha
-I still have pinkish/redish/fusia hair...but i am letting it grow out and going back to my natural colour, but i'm thinking about getting some chunky blonde highlights...ooh and my nose ring is staying no matter what..we've fallen in love..it no longer hurts me! YES!
I GUESS THAT IS ALL...I can't think of anything else spectacular that has happened lately....
