(no subject)
On Sunday, I did my very first shift as an EMT, EVAR. It was incredibly boring, just the way it should be (har...har.)
My partner and I got assigned the lacrosse shift, and when we got there, UMass had hired paramedics for the actual players.
Owned.
We were there for the crowd, which consisted of about 50 people. It was kind of funny, because the paramedics didn't have anything (well, they did bring the ambulance...), but my partner and I, who are way less trained, had, like, 800 pounds of crap that we didn't use.
