So today's fine, upstanding Americans can't locate Louisiana on a map. On a similar note, 48% of Americans could not differentiate their ass from a hole in the ground. Perhaps I'm a bit too hard on these morons, seeing as how I slept beside a world map for years and can still locate and name the capital cities of 100 or so countries, but who doesn't know where Louisiana is? Seriously. The more news I read, the harder it becomes for me to still have faith in humanity. What kind of school system unleashes its students on the world without knowing the location of the states in their home freakin' country?
