Oh....my....god.
It was amazing! I am so happy.
I can't believe how good it was, everyone did an amazing job. I even
enjoyed Over The Moon, which I usually don't care for.
Seeing Adam Pascal and Anthony Rapp on stage performing the same songs I have listened to probably 50 times at least and watched on dvd about 15 times was an awesome feeling. When they performed RENT I literally had chills for the whole song.
The audience was so into it too. When Adam Pascal and Anthony Rapp came out on stage the place just erupted.
This was such a relief. A couple years ago Amanda and I went to a performance that was in Detroit at the Masonic Temple and it was not very good. We didn't enjoy the production and felt we had wasted our money. So we were kind of skeptical about how this performance might be, but we figured if Adam Pascal and Anthony Rapp were in it they wouldn't let it be bad right? RIGHT!
If you have a chance to see it, if it tours in Michigan or Florida go. GO GO GO GO GO! If you have to get a credit card to buy the tickets do it!
Amanda is going to try to get the $20 tickets that are the first like 10 rows tomorrow. That would be hamazing.
We were waiting around to see if the actors would come out and to see if we could meet them but they never came out. It turns out, we later saw when driving away, there was a side area to meet the actors. So if we do go again we will go meet the actors too. :)
Also the had a sweet zip up hoodie but it was $65. WTF??????
