2010 Concerts
Since I don't have time to go to anymore concerts this year, because it's so close to 2011 and I'm working 24/7, I thought I might as well do this on one of my few days off. 2010 was a crazy year for concerts, for a lot of reasons, but here are my best and worst.

First show of the year?
Gold Motel!
Last show of the year?
St. Jude's House Benefit Show (Josh Drake's acoustic show) :)
Most surprising show?
Dear Noel. Everything about that show feels like a blur and there were so many funny, surprising, amazing moments during that show.
Most disappointing?
The Faux Pas. They were amazing, but I really just wanted to leave the festival because of the creepy old dude that was hitting on me.
Farthest traveled?
Minneapolis, MN.
States attended shows in?
Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota, Illinois, Indiana
Venue most visited?
Frankie's Inner City. I probably went there 5 or so times?
Worst injury?
Getting cut with glass during The Audition/The Story Changes show on my feet and knees. There was blood everywhere and I still have scars!
Most expensive ticket?
Definitely AP tour. That set me back a good 18 or so dollars.
Band seen the most?
Skies Alive and The Kaleidoscope Brighter. (Saw them both 3 times)
Best new discovery?
Koo Koo Kangaroo. Enough said.

Eye Alaska and Dear Noel

Other than the actual band members? No one :(

All in all, a good bunch.
Best souvenir from a show?
One of the original Skies Alive first EPs. For free. From Andrew, haha. Or a kiss from Josh.
Longest time in line?
However long I was in line for AP tour. Which was pretty much forever.

AP Tour for sure. So. Many. Screaming. Girls.
Any drunk encounters?
Some creepy old guy telling me "your shorts do you justice" and Josh Drake not even recognizing me because he had been drinking.
Top 5 worst 2010 concert moments:
-Not being able to go to Dear Noel's last show because my friend couldn't/wouldn't get off work. AFTER I managed to get us into the 21+ venue.
-Trista, Clarissa, and Stephanie not being able to go to AP tour.
-The old guy. Oh my god, worst ever.
-Nick Westgor almost stepping on my camera.

-Making out with Josh Drake against his van after his acoustic show. ;)
-Taking the boys from The King and The Thief home after their show and letting them crash at my house. I made them pancakes. :D
-Everything about the Skies Alive CD release show.
-Getting a photo pass to The Audition/The Story Changes show.
-Watching the Blackhawks/Flyers game with Danny Stevens and Ryan O'Connor.
