well, just done 5 mins on a cross trainer and stopped cos my calfs where hurtin, pussy eh.

Damn it I need to start workin out more.

Feel the urge to hit things too, not been training in a long tinme :( ah well, the poor drought has not got long left :D

I used to hate the cross trainer. Now it's my fave thing in the gym. I did 45 mins on it yesterday and somehow managed an hour on it a couple of weeks back!

I'm just planning on building up slowly with it.

Plus I have to walk all the way to the basement lol

worst coming up afterwards though :(
