so i have done some thinking...and i decided that if i let myself fall anymore off track from my true desires to be thin, not eat, not need food. to be envied (etc) that i might as well just die, because without these desires i am truly not myself sooo..... new routine, new safe foods, new attitude :)
new routine:
wake up, detox from my normal 3 cups coffe to help constipation (tmi ) and switch to 2 cups herbal tea, w/ honey never sugar or aspartamine!!
take daily vitamins& meds
breakfast options? 1 hardboiled egg, 1 small bowl plain oatmeal w jelly or fruit
rules: breakfast no more than 300 cals maxx!! that sounds like alot but breakfast is needed...
lunch: starve, olny liquids, teas, coffee, maybe if i need the energy, or...gnc weight loss shake meal replacements, as they come with loads of vitamins& minerals
dinner: anything healthy and less than 300 cals again
daily cal target is 700..then after 2 weeks good progress go down to 500??
what do you all think??
*also need a new digital scale, mine is playing dead :/
