I am healthy and full of energy, I feel the bounce in my step. I see my shining eyes. The radiant me is right here. I claim it now.
I am really happy to have drawn this card. Still having the dizziness, but not so bad. I have decided that my time away from the treadmill has got to come to an end. While I was getting the dossier ready for the agency, I had no free time at all to exercise. Right before I got sick, I was starting my walking routine again, although outside this time since the weather has been gorgeous. Yesterday HB and I walked in the cold for about a mile and we both loved it. Today I got on the treadmill for 3.25 miles. I hope that I can continue on, and enjoy the exercise instead of dread it. Hopefully through the holidays.
We took little miss to her very first movie today. We saw Chicken Little and she was an angel! She was entranced. The theatre was full of kids and parents. I don't enjoy going to the movies at all, but I really enjoyed going with her and seeing her reaction to the whole experience. The movie wasn't bad either. At the end, she said, "Bye Chicken Little" and waved at the screen. Adorable. The next time a kid movie comes out that we think she can handle, we will take her again. I'm glad that we waited until now to take her. She was really ready.
