Bad Cat smell
I apologize if this has been asked before, I couldn't find much in the archives.
DH and I recently got a used camp trailer. We're finding out the previous owner told us several lies, the worst being about cats using the trailer as a home. We removed the little bit of carpet and that helped. The couch/bed is a different story. I've used a shop vac to get as much cat hair as I can. It still smells awful. The cushions don't come out, the covers don't come off. It's not just a urine smell, it's more of a random cat odor. We've already aired the trailer out as much as we can with daily rain storms, I've used almost an entire 24 oz bottle of Out! Oxy-Fast Stain & Odor Remover, and a lot of wintergreen alcohol. It still smells. Any help is much appreciated!
Edit: We just found out that a female cat had at least two litters of kittens in the trailer and this is probably the cause of the weird non-urine smell.
