*shivers* I work for AutoZone. We have to do a cheer at our meetings that starts JUST like that. GODS I need a new job!

Just avoid the large corporations whose primary goal is cheap product. They actually have class-things that are soley for brainwashing you into believing that you're happy you're getting shafted with benefits, pay, etc. It's insane! I like working for small companies far more. Less bs to put up with.
