I just recieved a phonecall... from my brother.
He's stabilized.. awake and aware. On a BRUTAL regimen of antibiotics, and a rather strong morphine drip.. but he's doing better.
He'll be stuck in the hospital for 3 to five days while they make very damned sure that there'll be no complications and infections from his appendicitis.. but he's on the mend, now.
Thanks to Warphammer, Whitewater, Tealfox, and Ssurgul for your kind and supportive words.. I'm still stressed out about this, but I'm better.. much better now that I know he's on the mend.
