An injured Hinigeshi is not a good Hinigeshi. So I need your opinion which martial arts should I take up Karate or Kung Fu or Capoera

yeah the chances of finding an Escrima club around here is probably slim to none. Kendo does interest me giving how much I do practice with my swords. By your explanations above I should probably avoid Capoeira due to my knees being Royally fucked now. I was interested in Wushu but don't feel that it would be any good for me. Kung Fu I wanted to learn for certain stances and weapon mastery. Karate was what mainly had my interest.

Now that i think about it, i'd recommend Tai Chi.

It's so freaking cool and exercising your life force energy definitely has more benefits than anything else. starting training for my black belt last week and learned some Ki breathing techniques, and even when you're doing it wrong (for the first time) it's an experience you really can't describe. amazing.

but for you, i still say kendo's the best.
